Class 12 Andhra Student Dies Outside Examination Centre In Tirupati

Doctors at the government hospital, where he was declared brought dead, suspect the student suffered a cardiac arrest.

New Delhi: A Class 12 student, waiting outside an examination centre in Andhra Pradesh’s Tirupati district, collapsed and died on Tuesday. The 17-year-old was waiting outside the examination centre in Guduru town.

Satish, a second year intermediate student, died before he could be taken to a hospital. Doctors at the government hospital, where he was declared brought dead, suspect the student suffered a cardiac arrest.

The student hailed from Kammavaripalli village and studied at a private college in Guduru. Satish would travel to the town every day for the annual examinations.

On Tuesday morning, while he was waiting outside the centre along with other students for the exam to commence, he suddenly started sweating and collapsed on the ground, news agency IANS reported.

The parents arrived at the hospital on receiving information. A case has been registered by police and a probe is underway.
