Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd (HMSI) launched the new Adventure crossover CB200X in India. There is no direct competition in this 180-200cc segment motorcycle. Honda has positioned the CB200X keeping in mind the ever-evolving Indian customer base that wants everyday usage as much as to explore the roads less travelled. The bike will appeal to the likes of Royal Enfield Himalayan and Hero Xpulse 200.
The new Honda CB200X is powered by 184.4cc, single-cylinder engine that churns out 17bhp at 8500rm and 16.1 Nm of peak torque at 6000rpm and is paired to a 5-speed gearbox same as the Honda Hornet 2.0. The bike features ADV styling, based on the teaser the face of the bike looks similar to that of Honda CB500X.
