Mukesh Ambani tops Forbes 10 richest Indian billionaires 2021 list

The report by Forbes stated that despite the COVID crisis the Indian stock market has scaled new heights as the number of billionaires rose from 102 to 140 in the past year while their cumulative wealth has doubled to $596 billion.

Mukesh Ambani was the richest man in India according to the Forbes 10 richest Indian billionaires 2021 followed by Adani Group’s Chairman Gautam Adani and chairman of HCL Technologies Limited, Shiv Nadar.

The report by Forbes stated that despite the COVID crisis the Indian stock market has scaled new heights as the number of billionaires rose from 102 to 140 in the past year while their cumulative wealth has doubled to $596 billion.

Mukesh Ambani alone accounts for $84.5 billion of that money as his diversified income from sectors such as oil, telecom and retail. Gautam Adani’s worth was estimated at $ 50.5 billion.

Kumar Birls is the next man on the list with a worth of $ 12.4 billion with Cyrus Poonawalla, Dilip Shanghvi and Sunil Adani & Family completing the list.
