Shehnaaz Gill Says ‘Honsla Rakh’ To Herself In Viral Video

During the interviews of her recently released Punjabi movie ‘Honsla Rakh’, the actress said, “I would like to tell myself, Honsla Rakh (keep your spirits up).”

Mumbai: Shehnaaz Gill, Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa starrer ‘Honsla Rakh’, which released on October 15, has started on a flying note at the box office. The romantic comedy has managed to receive rave reviews from the critics and audience. And Shehnaaz has been receiving praises for her performance in her recently released Punjabi film.

Recently, the actress was seen in a bunch of interviews as well as some fun videos that were shared by Diljit on social media. And needless to say, fans of the actress were delighted to see her back at work, flaunting her trademark smile.

In one of the viral clips of her interviews, the actress is heard saying, “I would like to tell myself, Honsla Rakh (keep your spirits up).” This made Diljit Dosanjh pat her back and say the same. Honsla Rakh is Shehnaaz Gill’s first project to release after the death of her good friend Sidharth Shukla due to a sudden cardiac arrest. She has not shared any social media updates since then. This is also her first public appearance following a month-long hiatus post his death.


Several fans reacted to the video. While one of the users wrote, ‘Inspiration For Million People @ishehnaaz_gill STAY Strong Queen MORE Power To You’, another one commented, ‘Shehnaaz means Sweet Strong Superwoman’. One of the users even wished her all the happiness as the comment reads, ‘Damn true..#HonslaRakhShehnaaz I truly believe that You have so so much good to come your way…Jitna sehna tha seh liya ab more Power, Love, Success, Strength and Happiness ur way’.

Meanwhile, Diljit Dosanjh took to Instagram to thank his fans for showering the cast with love and support. He revealed that ‘Honsla Rakh’ collected Rs 5.05 crore on its opening day, further adding that the new movie has shattered the opening day record of all Punjabi films.
