Sources further revealed that, investigators who went over the dump data of the mobile tower also found that 45 thousand cellular devices were active in and around the site of the explosion.
The Delhi Police Special Cell has reportedly also contacted the concerned cab driver and spoke about the two persons. An explosion took place outside the Israel embassy in New Delhi on Friday evening (January 29). Security has also been massively tightened at all locations of Mumbai, including near Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station, amid the blast.
The minor blast in the high-security diplomatic area of the national capital took place even as Beating Retreat marking the culmination of Republic Day celebrations was being held just a few kilometres away.
Delhi Police claimed that while a few cars were damaged in the blast, no one was injured. A team of Delhi Police officials have started an investigation into the blast. National Investigation Agency (NIA) has also been called in to help in the investigation.
