Assembly Elections 2022 LIVE: Congress Releases First List Of 53 Candidates For Uttarakhand Polls

The Election Commission of India on January 8 announced the dates for Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa, Manipur and Uttarakhand, which will be held between February to March, 2022.

    On January 8, the Election Commission of India announced the dates for Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Goa, Manipur and Uttarakhand, which will be held between February to March, 2022. Uttar Pradesh will go to poll in 7 phases from February 10 to March 7, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Goa will vote on February 14 and Manipur to vote in two phases on February 27 and March 3. The counting of votes will take place on March 10, the EC said on Saturday.
