New Delhi: The fuel prices do not show any sign of abating as the oil companies on Thursday increased petrol prices by 30 paise and diesel by 35 paise on Thursday again.
Petrol, diesel prices as of today in the national capital is Rs 103.24/ltr (up Rs 0.30) and Rs 91.77/ltr (up Rs 0.35). In the financial capital of the country, Petrol is now retailing at Rs 109.25 (up Rs 0.29) and Diesel will cost Rs 99.55/ltr (up Rs 0.38) in Mumbai, respectively.
In other metro cities petrol and diesel prices today also saw a revision with petrol now selling Rs 103.94/ltr (Rs0.29) and diesel at Rs 94.88/ltr (up Rs0.35) in Kolkata; Petrol at Rs 100.75/ltr (up Rs 0.26) and diesel at Rs 95.26/ltr (up Rs 0.33) in Chennai.
Rates have been increased across the country and differ from state to state depending on the incidence of value-added tax. The fuel prices continue to soar across the country and have crossed Rs 100 in many states.
