The early mince pie is known by several names including mutton pie, shrid pie and Christmas pie. Its ingredients usually are a mixture of minced meat, suet and a range of fruits and spices such as cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

Pecan Pie is a pie of Pecan nuts mixed with a filling of eggs, butter and sugar. The variations may include white or brown sugar, cane syrup, sugar syrup, molasses maple syrup or honey. Popularly served as holiday meals in the United States and is considered as a speciality of Southern United States.

Chenna Poda

Chenna Poda is a cheese dessert from the Indian state of Odisha. This dessert is literally called Baked Cheese in Odia. It is made from well-kneaded homemade fresh cheese chenna. Sugar is baked for several hours until it browns. Chenna Poda is the only well known Indian dessert whose flavor is predominantly derived from the caramelization of sugar.

Vegetarian Lasagna
