Priyanka Gandhi To Hold Marathon Rallies From Noida To Prayagraj Between January 4-8

Total of six back to back rallies will be held by Priyanka Gandhi in six different districts of Uttar Pradesh.

New Delhi: Congress General Secretary, Priyanka Gandhi plans to hold marathon rallies routing from Noida to Prayagraj. These marathon rallies will take place between 4th of January to 8th of January, 2022.

Priyanka Gandhi will hold six marathon rallies commencing from Bareilly on 4th January, Azamgarh on 5th January, Varanasi (Banaras) on 6th January, in Kanpur on 7th January and finishing on 8th January in Noida and Prayagraj.

Congress aims to fight back harder in 2022’s assembly elections making Priyanka Gandhi the prime face during the election campaigns. Recently congress targeted to woo women voters by launching a women-centric campaign motto. Promising almost 40 percent of tickets to fight elections for women. Although 2017’s UP assembly elections had a different story for Congress in the state.

Since 2022’s assembly elections are around the corner all political parties are organizing rallies despite the fact that world is going through Coronavirus and it’s lethal variants like Delta, Beta and latest Omicron.

The Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh are slated for February-March, 2022. In the 2017 Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) bagged 312 seats out of the 403-seat Uttar Pradesh Assembly while Samajwadi Party (SP) bagged 47 seats, Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP) won 19 and Congress could manage to win only seven seats. The rest of the seats were bagged by other candidates.
