Afghanistan-Taliban Crisis: Afghan Singer Aryana Sayeed On Her Escape From Taliban

The world witnesses the situation unravelling in Afghanistan along with the United Nations. The question that looms large is the role of the International Community in this massive human rights crisis in Afghanistan since August 15.

The conflict in Afghanistan is exacerbating the dire humanitarian crisis. Afghan pop star Aryana Sayeed shares insights of her escape from Taliban & demands the international community to step up for humanitarian support.

Aryana Sayeed, the Afghan Pop Star was amongst those, who managed to flee from Afghanistan. She has shared some of the insights of her evacuation. 

Many are still stuck there. Eager to get out of the war ravaged country, to save life & Certainly, nobody wants to see those  terrible images of people struggling to get on the moving aircrafts and dying as the aircraft takes off. 

People are scared and broken in Afghanistan, women had just begun to feel free but once again the history is repeated and Taliban has taken over Afghanistan.

In a recent meeting of the United Nation Security council, Ghulam M. Isaczai, Permanent Representative of Afghanistan, at UNSC urged the premier global body for maintaining international peace and security keeping in mind humanitarianism.
