The founder believes that this unique mission of bringing a standard in the fitness industry will unlock the science of body work out and empower people as thought leaders in the fitness space.

What does it mean to be fit? Does it have to do with being an ultra- marathoner or have the ability to perform 100 pushups?

For Guru Siddharth, the concept of fitness is way more than hitting the gym. He considers fitness to be a science that is equally relevant as compared to a concept of rehabilitation in the medical industry.

His organization called Unschool- The Muscle Movement reflects the same ideology that believes coaching is an art training is a science.

According to Guru Siddhart, the founder of Unschool, one has to unlearn previous concepts in order to accommodate new information in their knowledge system and that’s how the name of the organization came into being.

Guru Siddharth explains how his personalized studio differs from a normal fitness gym.

The fitness centre also serves as a learning community for the fitness training aspirants of tomorrow. They equip them with knowledge about effective communication that will help them motivate and bring their clients in sync with their own vision.

The founder believes that this unique mission of bringing a standard in the fitness industry will unlock the science of body work out and empower people as thought leaders in the fitness space.
