Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani collapses on stage during poll rally in Vadodara – VIDEO

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani on Sunday (February 14) fainted on stage during his address at a rally for upcoming assembly polls in Vadodara’s Nizampura.

In a video, which has gone viral now, the Vijay Rupani can be seen collapsing in-between his speech and as a result he was flown to Ahmedabad and was admitted in a hospital as per BJP leaders.

The 64-year-old did receive first aid on stage after losing his conciseness suddenly and was later seen walking down the stairs off the stage by his own.

Rupani was flown to a Ahmedabad afterwards in a helicopter and was admitted at the U N Mehta Hospital for a fully body checkup and further observation over his current health.

However, still no medical bulletin has been issued by the hospital about the Gujarat CM’s health condition.

As per reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked for an update on Vijay Rupani’s health,  said a statement issued by the Chief Minister’s Office.

This was also the Gujarat CM’s third political rally during the day in Vadodara.
